China Leemin WF Suction Filter Series

The WF suction filter is installed at the suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components to avoid inhalation of contaminants, effectively control the hydraulic system contamination, and adjust the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. This can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom side of the tank, the suction cylinder penetrates below the liquid level in the tank, the suction filter head is exposed outside the tank, and there is a self-sealing valve, a bypass valve, a filter plugging device, etc. The device prevents the oil in the tank from flowing out when the filter element is replaced and the filter element is cleaned. However, in order to avoid cavitation in the pump, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to the pressure loss. Generally, a 100-200 mesh coarse wire mesh or a recessed wire material is generally used. Therefore, it is not a filter that controls the system's dirt concentration.
