2022 Lefilter New Employee Development Training

In order to stimulate the work enthusiasm of all partners and improve the teamwork, cohesion and combat effectiveness, under the organization of the Human Resources Department from LEFILTER, 66 new partners went to Huixian Guanshan to participate in the closed outward bound training for two days and one night from July 8-9.

Through game training, the team cohesion, collective sense of honor, super leadership, cooperation ability, and self cognition breakthrough ability are fully explained.
