When the filtration process is initiated, the liquid enters the system via the inlet. As it traverses through the filter bag – which acts as the primary filtering agent – it gets meticulously screened. Subsequently, the filtered liquid exits through the outlet. Meanwhile, any impurities present in the incoming liquid are trapped and retained within the filter bag. Once the filter bag becomes saturated with impurities and its filtering performance deteriorates, it can be conveniently replaced, and the bag filter can resume its normal operation without significant interruption.

The Bag Filter, a new filtration model, has a metal mesh basket inside to support the filter bag. Working Principle
Bag Filter Housing is a kind of pressure filtration device, mainly has the main components such as filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover and quick-open mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcing net, etc. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side entrance tube of the filter shell, the filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing net basket, the liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness level that can obtain qualified filtrate, the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, filtration is basically no material consumption.
