Working Principle

The fluid to be filtered enters the filter through the inlet and then flows through the filter bag. The filter bag has a certain pore size and filtration precision. When the fluid passes through the filter bag, solid particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag because their size is larger than the pores of the filter bag, while the fluid can smoothly pass through the filter bag and flow out from the outlet of the filter, thus achieving solid-liquid separation and the purpose of filtration. As filtration progresses, impurities continue to accumulate in the filter bag, and when the pressure difference reaches a certain level or the filtration effect decreases, the filter bag needs to be replaced to ensure the filtration effect.
