Basket filter is the necessary equipment on the pipeline, as the safe-guard filter, removes large contaminant particles and protect key equipments such as pumps, nozzles, heat exchangers and valves. It can obviously extend the service life of key equipments, improve operational efficiency and avoid the risk of costly system downtime. filter also works well as the direct large particle filter. The metal filter basket is reusable by cleaning and cost less filter media consumption. The DuraSEP and PerSEP filter baskets especially designed for filter are durable and highly reliable. Filter can be installed onto pipelines from 1 to 48 inches. The standard design pressure is 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa. Higher custom-made design pressure is available.
1, Basket filter element material: filter box, filter are stainless steel.
2, flange standard: PN1.0 HG20592-2009 when customers need to use GB, SH, JB, ANSI, DIN, JIS and other standards or change the pressure level, please indicate in the order contract.
3, manufacturing, testing standards: HG/T21637-1991, SH/T3411-1999 standard. Customer specified standard.
4, shell material: carbon steel CS, brass H62, carbon steel /PTFE, stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, special material Ti.
5, connection: thread connection, threaded, butt welding connection, socket welded connection.
6, flange type: plate welding, welding neck, with a neck butt welding, threaded flange, butt welding ring loose set of flange, weld ring loose set of flange, socket welding flange.
7, the flange seal type: plane, sudden surface, uneven surface, ring joint face, tongue and groove face.
