Dust collector skeleton is an accessory of bag type dust collector, it is the support of filter bag, the quality of dust collector skeleton directly affects the filtration effect and service life of the filter bag, the overall structure is smooth and flat, with erosion-resistant properties. The working principle of dust collector skeleton is mainly to use the centrifugal force generated by the rotating dusty gas to separate the dust from the gas flow. When the dusty gas stream enters the cyclone dust collector from the inlet pipe, the gas stream will change from straight line motion to circular motion. Dust particles with density greater than the gas in contact with the wall will lose inertial force and fall along the wall into the dust pipe. Rotating down the external rotation of the gas flow in the arrival of the cone, due to the contraction of the cone and close to the dust collector. When the airflow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the cone, the same direction of rotation from the middle of the cyclone dust collector, from the bottom up to continue to do spiral flow.

Reference factors for manufacturing dust collector skeleton

(1) Size: The diameter of dust filter, gas pipe and the shape and size of the exhaust pipe directly affect the dust removal effect.

(2) Gas parameters: including the flow rate of the gas, the concentration of dust in the gas, humidity, density, viscosity, pressure, temperature and so on.

(3) Physical properties of dust

(4) Roughness of the inner wall of the skeleton: dust particles attached near the wall will cause cyclone due to the rough surface, so that some dust particles are thrown into the rising gas flow and enter the exhaust pipe, which reduces the dust removal efficiency.

Dust bag cage production standards

1、Dust catcher cage requires even distribution of support ring and longitudinal tendons, and should have enough strength and rigidity to withstand the gas pressure of dust bag in filtration and dust removal state, and prevent damage and deformation caused by collision and impact during normal transport and installation.

2、Tension spring type dust collector skeleton should have enough circles and elasticity, and the spacing should be even after pulling apart.

The surface of the dust collector skeleton in contact with the dust filter bag should be smooth and clean, weld scars, unevenness and burrs are not allowed. 

4, the surface of the filter bag skeleton is treated, according to the different needs of plating, plastic spraying or painting, such as for high temperature, the outer reason should be clear to meet the requirements of the use of temperature.
