The progress of baghouse dust collector production process technology and the establishment of standard system put forward higher requirements for operators. Operators should be familiar with the principle, structure and use of baghouse dust collector should pay attention to matters and auxiliary equipment operation and maintenance and other aspects of the technical requirements, in order to enable operators to correctly understand the use of the type of dust collector, for the correct use and commissioning.

1. Dry cleaning method

The dry cleaning method is to pass the cleaning gas through the bag, use the airflow and mechanical vibration to make the dust fall off, and the dust collection device will collect the fallen dust.

The steps are as follows:

(1) Close the inlet and outlet valves and stop feeding.

(2) Start the vibrating equipment of the bag filter to make the dust fall into the dust hopper as far as possible.

(3) Open the dust cleaning door to clear out the accumulated dust in the dust hopper.

2. Wet cleaning method

Wet cleaning method is to pass the cleaning gas through the bag impregnated in water, use the adsorption, viscosity and inertia of water to make the dust fall off, and the dust collection device will collect the dust that falls off.

The steps are as follows:

(1) Close the air inlet valve and air outlet valve to stop feeding.

(2) Open the cleaning water door, let the cleaning water spray out from the nozzle to wet the surface of the bag.

(3) Start the vibration equipment to clean the bag.

(4) Close the cleaning water door and drain off the cleaning water.

(5) Open the sewage outlet, the water discharged.

Second, the bag cleaning matters needing attention

1. Cleaning cycle

The cleaning cycle of cloth bag should be determined according to the nature of dust, dust concentration, temperature, humidity, gas flow rate, electrostatic field and other factors, as far as possible to achieve a reasonable cleaning cycle of the cloth bag.

2. Cleaning method

When cleaning, we need to pay attention to avoid mechanical damage to the bag or damage to the vibrator, and also pay attention to avoid cleaning water, cleaning airflow is too large, affecting the normal operation of the dust collector.

3. Maintenance

Bag filter cleaning needs timely maintenance, check the vibrator, electromagnetic pulse valve, valve and other equipment, timely replacement of worn parts, to ensure long-term efficient operation of the equipment.

Bag filter varieties, model specifications, specifications, construction characteristics and role characteristics are not the same. Before opening must first carefully and carefully read the article instructions to prevent the destruction of dust removal equipment due to incorrect operation.

Bag filter does not allow moisture absorption. If it contains large paper balls, plastic film or waste that exceeds the specifications of the pipeline, it should be eliminated beforehand to avoid blockage of the pipeline.

All flanges of the dust collector should be sealed with sealing material. All hole covers and inspection doors should be pressed tightly, with no leakage of sealing strips and no air leakage.

Before the fan is turned on, the poppet valve or bypass valve should be tested and at least one of them should be in the open position. Prevent the fan from starting when the poppet valve and bypass valve are both in the closed position, which will seriously damage the motor and the poppet and bypass valves!

Grey hopper management and maintenance

1, the dust hopper is a device for accumulating dust, too much dust accumulates in the dust hopper, it will block the air inlet and become the cause of poor suction, so it should be often made to be in a near-empty state;

2, from the air inlet into the rain and moisture may cause dust solidified in the inner wall of the dust hopper, the formation of dust outlet blockage, so it must make the air inlet can not enter the rain, dust outlet sealing to be intact.

Overhaul and maintenance of filter bag

1, found that the exhaust port "grey", indicating that there is a broken bag or filter bag should be replaced in a timely manner; 

2, the filter bag should be used in accordance with the corresponding specifications, material filter bag, not mixed. 

Dust removal equipment records

1, the operation of the equipment, inspection to fill out inspection records in a timely manner; 

2, large-scale maintenance and overhaul of equipment should be recorded in the equipment file.
