Cleaning steps of automatic self-cleaning filter:

1, when the differential pressure switch detects that the pressure difference between inside and outside the filter reaches the preset value (0.5 bar).

2、Diaphragm drain valve opens and connects with the atmosphere.

3、Motor drives the steel brush inside the filter to rotate.

4、Diaphragm drain valve closes

Backwashing can be controlled according to differential pressure or timing, manual, forced cleaning, or power failure cleaning.
