Hydraulic oil filter element is widely used in iron and steel, electric power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, papermaking, chemical industry, machine tools and engineering machinery, construction machinery and other fields.

The correct use of hydraulic oil filter element:

1.First put off the box of the original hydraulic oil, check the hydraulic oil cartridge, see whether there are iron chips copper chips or other impurities, maintenance exclusion, cleaning system. 

2.Identify the hydraulic oil standard, different standards, different brands of hydraulic oil mixing, will cause the hydraulic oil filter element reaction deterioration flocculent. 

3.Before refuelling, the hydraulic oil filter element must be installed, and the pipe opening covered by the hydraulic oil filter element leads directly to the main pump.

4.Do not let the oil in the tank in direct contact with the air, after refuelling, pay attention to the main pump to drain the air, air venting method is directly at the top of the main pump to loosen the pipe connector, direct filling can be. 

5.Regularly do a little oil testing, hydraulic filter element belongs to consumables, clogging needs to be replaced immediately; pay attention to the system tank and pipeline flushing clean, refuelling through the refuelling device with a filter.
