In the wave of global energy structure transformation, coal-to-olefin technology, with its advantages of high resource conversion efficiency and low carbon emission intensity, is becoming the core breakthrough direction in modern coal chemical industry. As an indispensable "capillary" in the process, the security filter plays a key role in ensuring the stable operation of the device for a long period of time and improving production efficiency. With more than 20 years of technical precipitation, Henan Xinxiang Lifelte Filter Co., Ltd. has developed customized filtration solutions suitable for extreme working conditions, and built a solid protective barrier for more than one million tons of coal to olefin projects around the world.

The process of coal to olefin involves many high temperature and high pressure units such as coal gasification, transformation, purification and separation, and the medium composition is complex and contains a large number of solid particles. When the traditional filter is faced with high temperature of 400℃, high pressure of 10MPa and strong corrosive media, it is easy to have problems such as filter material deformation and seal failure. Liffert has developed the third-generation multilayer composite filtration system, which uses 316L stainless steel sintered felt and ceramic fiber reinforced composite material, with filtration accuracy up to 0.5 micron and temperature resistance improved to 450℃, achieving continuous operation for 8,000 hours without failure in Shenhua Baotou 600,000-ton coal-to-olefin project.

In order to solve the problem that pulverized coal catalyst particles are easy to clog the filter element, Liffert innovated the "flow field disturbance self-cleaning structure". Through the built-in hydrodynamic guide plate, a spiral flow field is formed on the surface of the filter element, so that particles cannot form a accumulation layer on the surface of the filter material. In a coal chemical demonstration project in Ningxia, the technology can reduce the backwashing frequency of the filter by 70% and effectively extend the operation cycle of the device. Its unique gradient porosity design achieves a perfect balance between a filtration efficiency of 98.6% and an ultra-low pressure drop of 0.02MPa

Traditional filters rely on manual inspection and regular maintenance, it is difficult to meet the needs of continuous operation of coal chemical plant. Liffert took the lead in integrating Internet of Things technology into the filtration system and developed the "Hui Filter Cloud" intelligent monitoring platform. Through the built-in pressure drop sensor, temperature detection array and AI algorithm module, the filter performance attenuation curve can be plotted in real time, and the filter life can be warned 72 hours in advance. In a coal-to-olefin project in Inner Mongolia, the "Hui Filter Cloud" system successfully predicted 5 sudden blockage risks, avoiding direct economic losses of more than 20 million yuan. To address sensor reliability issues in high dust environments, Liefert uses laser scattering detection technology and anti-electromagnetic interference shielding coating to improve the monitoring accuracy to 0.1 microns. Its original "double blind check" mechanism ensures long-term stability of monitoring data through built-in standard particle generator and contrast sensor group. In the Shaanxi Yanchang Oil project, the intelligent monitoring system reduced filter maintenance costs by 40% and spare parts inventory by 65%.

Lifelter breaks through the traditional single product supply mode and establishes a full life cycle service system covering design selection, installation and commissioning, online monitoring and life assessment. The customer process is modeled 1:1 through fluid simulation software to accurately predict filtration loads at different nodes. In a coal-to-olefin EPC project in Xinjiang, the customized filtration solution provided by Liefert reduced the system pressure drop by 15% and the overall energy consumption of the plant by 8.2%. Aiming at the pain points of spare parts management in coal chemical enterprises, Lifelter launched the "filter life cloud" management system. The whole process of filter element production, transportation and use can be traced through blockchain technology, combined with big data analysis model, and the optimal procurement plan can be automatically output. In the Shanxi Lu 'an Group project, the system increased spare parts turnover efficiency by three times and reduced inventory capital utilization by 50%.

In the context of the "double carbon" goal, Liffert integrates the concept of green manufacturing into the entire product chain. Using renewable carbon fiber reinforced filter material, the weight of the filter element is reduced by 30% while the strength is increased by 2 times; The dry regeneration technology developed makes the recovery rate of waste filter element more than 95%; The full use of biodegradable materials in the packaging and transportation links has achieved an 18% reduction in life-cycle carbon emissions. These innovative measures have been fully verified in Shaanxi Coal Group's Yulin Chemical project, helping customers to build a green coal chemical benchmarking project. The "Extreme Environment Filtration Technology Laboratory" jointly established by Liffert and the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences continues to break through cutting-edge technologies such as ultra-high temperature filtration and nanoscale separation. The newly developed ceramic membrane filter achieves 0.1 micron filtration accuracy at 700℃, which reserves the core technology for the next generation of coal-to-olefin process upgrading. With the evolution of the global coal chemical industry to large-scale and intelligent direction, Lifelter is building the global competitiveness of China's filtration equipment manufacturing industry with continuous innovation.
