1, easy installation and connection, simplify system piping:
The filter is directly installed on the fuel tank cover, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil return cylinder body is immersed in the oil tank, and the oil inlet is provided with a tubular type and a flange type connection, thereby simplifying the system piping and making the system The layout is more compact and the installation and connection are more convenient.
2, set filter pollution transmitter, bypass valve, improve the reliability of the hydraulic system:
When the filter element is blocked by contaminants or the liquid temperature of the system is too low, the flow rate pulsation and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35 MPa, and the signalling device sends a signal indication. Replace the filter element or increase the temperature of the fluid in time. In such a case, when the failure cannot be immediately dealt with, the bypass valve provided in the lower part of the filter element is automatically opened (the bypass valve opening pressure is 0.4 MPa) to protect the filter and the hydraulic system from working normally.
3, the design uses a straight-back filter, so that changing the filter or fuel tank is very convenient:
Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add fuel to the tank. There are 2 M18×1.5 ports in the filter head. You can install and install a small amount of oil in the transmitter or system on either side. Return tank filtration only.
4, with liquid flow diffuser:
The diffuser is located at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which allows the oil-returning medium to smoothly flow into the oil tank, and is less likely to generate air bubbles, thereby reducing the reentry of the air and reducing the turbulence of the deposited contaminants.
