Leemin ISV suction line filter ISV-630X80C

ISV series pipeline suction filter system is made of aluminum alloy casing, filter element, bypass valve and visual and powerful transmitter and electric transmitter. It is installed vertically on the pipeline outside the fuel tank. Does not affect the layout of the pipeline, the size of the tank is not limited by the filter. This series of filters has the following features:
(a) With a visual transmitter: When the filter element is gradually blocked by contaminants, the red signal ring in the visual observation window of the transmitter is slowly rising. When the red signal ring rises to the highest position (the observation window is completely red), Indicates that the filter element has been blocked by contaminants to the extent that it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide down;
 (b) Charged transmitter: When the vacuum of the filter element is blocked by the pollutant to the oil outlet is -0.018MPa, the micro switch in the transmitter acts and sends a switch signal indicating that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced, and then the filter element is replaced. Can not immediately stop or no one to replace the filter element, the side valve installed in the filter cover will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum - 0.02MPa);
 (c) With bypass valve: When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to the outlet pressure (vacuum degree -0.02MPa), the bypass valve will automatically open to prevent the oil pump from leaking and other faults.
