 SRFA-160×10F  Duplex Tank Mounted Mini-Type Oil Filters

1)SRFA -160×10F duplex tank mounted mini-type oil filters are composed of two single bowl filters, a 2-position 3-way directional valve, by-pass valve, vacuum indicator, fluid diffuser for protecting the hydraulic system safety.

2)They are mounted on the top of tank.This filter can change the elements easyly without stopping working. It is good to system oil recycle.

3)When a filter cartridge is accumulated and the pressure drop across the element reaches 0.35MPa, the indicator will signal showing it has to be cleaned or changed. Meantime, you can turn on directional valve to use the spare filter, then changing the accumulated element.

4)If the accumulated filter can not be replaced, and the oil inlet and outlet differential pressure further increase to 0.4MPa, the by-pass valve is working automatically to protect filter element and system safety. But customers should change filter element ASAP.

5)The fluid diffuser is settled in the bottom of tank to keep return oil media steady flowing into tank without air bubble. This can reduce air re-entering and weaken contaminant removing.

6)Filter element are made of novel fiber filter materials with merits of high filtration accuracy, huge oil fluxion, low initial pressure loss, large dirt-holding capacity and so on. Filtration accuracy is assessed absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio is 3, 5, 10, 20≥200, filtration efficiency≥99.5%, is coincide with standard of ISO.
