[Product Introduction]

The wire-wound filter core is a deep filtration core with excellent sealing quality. It's made of textile fibers according to a specific process, tightly wrapped around the porous skeleton to the formation of a honeycomb structure. It has very good filtration characteristics, can effectively remove the suspension of the fluid, rust, particles and other impurities. Cellular line bypass filter is based on the current international technology. The service life is about twice as long, thus reducing the core number to reduce the cost of use greatly.

[ntroduction to filter core]

The filter core separates the solid particles from the liquid or gas, or make full contact with different material components to speed up the reaction time. It can protect the normal operation of the equipment or clean the air. When the fluid enters the filter with a certain size of filter, its impurities are blocked then the clean fluid flows through the filter core. Liquid filtrate enables liquid (including oil, water, etc.) to purify the contaminated liquid to the state of production and life. That is to make the liquid to a certain degree of cleanliness.

[Filter core maintenance]

1.The hydraulic oil filter is the core part of the filter,the filter core is composed of special materials,belonging to vulnerable parts,requires special protection and care.

2.When the filter in the system works for a period of time, the hydraulic oil filter in the filter has intercepted a certain amount of contaminant, st this time the pressure increased, the flow will decrease gradually,and the sender will alert the alarm. It’s time to clean up the filter impurities and wash the filter core.

3. In the process of cleaning the filter core, we must pay attention to the hydraulic oil filter shall not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise,it can not be used again to affect the filtration efficiency. This can cause damage to the whole system.

Replacement method:

There are often water spillage in this process, please prepare the water basin or towel and other cleaning tools:

• a) Turn off the plating ball valve and pressure barrel ball valve.

  b) Open the gooseneck faucet to clear the pipe residual water.

  c)  After the water is no longer outflow, open the filter cartridge with a filter cartridge.

  d) Remove the old filter and load the new filter with the same specifications.

  e)  Apply black lubricant such as Vaseline to the black "O" ring above the filter housing, then place the "O" ring in the groove in the filter shell.

  f) Tighten the filter in a vertical manner,try to avoid the "O" ring shift.

  g)  Open the plate ball valve and pressure barrel ball valve.
