Features
1.Efficient Dehydration: As mentioned earlier, it has powerful dehydration capabilities and can handle a large amount of water mixed in the medium (usually oil). Its dehydration effect far exceeds that of traditional centrifugal methods, effectively breaking down the complex oil-water emulsion structure in the oil, separating free water and emulsified water as much as possible, ensuring the quality of the oil, and reducing issues such as equipment corrosion and lubrication failure caused by excessive moisture.
2.Precision Filtration: It features a fine filtration hierarchy, generally with a five-stage filtration system. Through multiple layers of filtration, it can accurately intercept tiny particulate impurities, stabilising the cleanliness of the medium, ensuring that the filtered oil meets high purity standards, satisfying the stringent operational requirements for oil cleanliness, and extending the service life of the equipment.
3.Multi-functional Integration: It combines the two key functions of precision filtration and efficient dehydration into one, achieving comprehensive purification of the oil in a single oil filter device, simplifying the oil treatment process, and reducing the space and cost of equipment installation and maintenance.
Working Principle
Coalescence process: When the oily water enters the oil filter, it first passes through the specially designed coalescing filter element. These filters are made of materials with lipophilic and hydrophobic properties, where tiny oil droplets coalesce and grow on the surface of the filter, while moisture is trapped in specific areas of the filter. As the oil droplets coalesce, larger droplets gradually form in preparation for subsequent separation. Dehydration separation: The large oil droplets are stratified with the water under the action of gravity or other external forces (such as pressure difference push), and the water settles to the water collection chamber at the bottom of the oil filter, where it can be discharged through the drain valve in a timely manner, and the oil after water removal continues to flow to the subsequent filtration link. Particle filtration: After dehydration, the oil then enters the particle filtration system, using filter media of different precisions, intercepting the solid particle impurities in the oil in order from coarse to fine, from large particles of debris to tiny dust, etc., each stage of filtration further improves the cleanliness of the oil, and finally outputs clean, low water content and less impurities of the oil for equipment recycling.
