
ZLYC Vacuum Oil Filter
Introduction:The vacuum oil filter works on diff. b.p. of water & oil. It has a vacuum heating tank fine filter, condenser, prefilter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump & elec. cabinet. The vacuum pump makes vacuum. Under pressure, oil enters primary filter to remove big particles, then to heating tank. At 40 - 75°C, oil passes auto valve balancing in & out. Heated oil turns semi-mist. Water in oil evaporates, gets sucked by vacuum pump to condenser, cools & becomes water. Oil in heating tank is pumped to fine filter to remove impurities via paper/element. Thus, impurities, moisture & gas are removed, clean oil drains out.
