ZLYC Vacuum Oil Filter
Introduction:The vacuum oil filter works on diff. b.p. of water & oil. It has a vacuum heating tank fine filter, condenser, prefilter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump & elec. cabinet. The vacuum pump makes vacuum. Under pressure, oil enters primary filter to remove big particles, then to heating tank. At 40 - 75°C, oil passes auto valve balancing in & out. Heated oil turns semi-mist. Water in oil evaporates, gets sucked by vacuum pump to condenser, cools & becomes water. Oil in heating tank is pumped to fine filter to remove impurities via paper/element. Thus, impurities, moisture & gas are removed, clean oil drains out.

1.Efficient water removal: Using the characteristics of reducing the boiling point of water in a vacuum environment, the water in the oil can be evaporated and separated quickly and efficiently, and the dehydration effect is remarkable, which can effectively remove free water, emulsified water and dissolved water in the oil, and improve the quality and insulation performance of the oil.
2.Deep impurity removal: Equipped with filters of different precisions, such as a pre-filter that can remove large particle impurities, and a fine filter that can filter out micron-level fine particles, it can intercept and filter solid impurities, metal scraps, dust and other impurities in the oil, ensuring that the oil achieves a high degree of cleanliness.
3.Good degassing performance: In a vacuum state, the dissolved gases in the oil, such as air, hydrogen, methane, etc., will also escape and be pumped out, thereby improving the physical and chemical properties of the oil and reducing the problems of oil oxidation and foam generation caused by the presence of gas.
4.High degree of automation: It usually has an automatic control system, which can realise the functions of automatic oil inlet, oil outlet, liquid level control, temperature control, pressure protection, etc., and can also monitor and display the processing status and key parameters of the oil in real time, making it easy to operate, stable and reliable in operation, and reducing the workload and error of manual operation.

Working Principle
Vacuum environment establishment: After the vacuum oil filter is started, the vacuum pump begins to operate, and the air in the vacuum tank is pumped out, creating a vacuum state in the tank, which sets the stage for subsequent oil treatment. Oil entry and preliminary filtration: under the influence of atmospheric pressure, the oil to be treated enters the vacuum oil filter from the outside through the oil inlet pipe, and first passes through the pre-filter, which can intercept and remove larger particle impurities in the oil, such as metal chips, sand particles, etc., thereby protecting the subsequent treatment components from damage caused by large particle impurities.
