1.High filtration accuracy: The special structure of the P-all filter disc filtration technology, sensitive performance, 5μ, 10μ, 20μ and other precision specifications are available, which can ensure that only particles with smaller particle size than the required can enter the system.
2.Standard modularisation: The system is based on the standard disc filter unit, according to the modular design, the user can choose according to the needs, flexible, interchangeable, and save floor space.
3. Fully automatic operation: The backwash process alternates between the units in the filter combination, and the automatic switching between working and backwash states ensures continuous water discharge. The water consumption of backwashing is very small, such as with air-assisted backwashing, the self-consumption can be reduced to less than 0.2%, and the high-speed and thorough backwashing can be completed in only tens of seconds.
4.Long service life: The new plastic filter element is strong, wear-free, non-corrosive, very little fouling, and has been proven by many years of industrial practice, and has no wear and tear after 6-10 years of use, no ageing, and the filtration and backwash effect will not deteriorate due to the use of time.
5.Low maintenance: the products meet the corresponding quality standards, all products are tested and tested under simulated working conditions before leaving the factory, there are few parts, only regular inspections are required, and there is almost no need for daily maintenance.
1.Filtration of filter residue layer: At the initial stage of filtration, the filter medium can only intercept large solid particles, and the small particles pass through the filter medium with the filtrate. After the initial filter residue layer is formed, the filter residue layer plays a major role in filtration, and both large and small particles are retained, such as the filtration of plate and frame filter presses.
2.Depth filtration: The filter media is thicker, the suspension contains fewer solid particles, and the particles are smaller than the pores of the filter media. During filtration, particles are adsorbed in the pores after entering, such as the filtration of porous plastic tube filters and sand filters.
3.Sieve filtration: The solid particles retained by the filter are larger than the pores of the filter medium, and the solid particles are not adsorbed inside the filter medium, such as the rotary drum filter screen to filter out the coarse-grained impurities in the sewage.
