The LYC-A series is a portable oil purifier, which is suitable for all kinds of industrial hydraulic lubrication systems, capable of injecting new oil into the gate, regularly purifying system pollutants, and filtering oil to recover old oil when refuelling; the LYC-C series is a box-type mobile oil purifier truck, which can be equipped with a fuel tank type, allowing it to inject oil from the self-supplied fuel tank into the system after self-circulating filtration, especially suitable for hydraulic systems with servo valves and other components; the LYC-J series is a coalescing dewatering oil purifier, focusing on purifying turbine oil and transformer oil, which can remove water and impurities in the oil of hydraulic lubrication systems simultaneously, integrating precision filtration and efficient dehydration, and providing an effective solution for oil treatment.

Efficient dewatering: The LYC-J series uses coalescing separation technology to efficiently remove water from the oil, including free water and emulsified water. Maintenance & Operation Ease of Maintenance: The oil filter housing features a quick-open construction that allows for easy tool-free removal of the upper lid for easy filter replacement. Convenient operation: The control panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the operating status of the system and the contamination of the filter element in real time, which is convenient for the operator to grasp the operation status of the equipment.

LYC-A series and LYC-C series Oil suction process: The motor drives the gear pump to work, and the oil is sucked into the oil purifier from the oil tank or other oil sources. The coarse filter at the suction port preliminarily filters the oil, removes larger particles, and protects the oil pump and subsequent filter elements. Pressurised filtration: The gear pump pressurises and transports the coarsely filtered oil to the pressure line, and the oil passes through the fine filter under pressure. The fine filter intercepts and filters out the fine particles and impurities in the oil according to the set accuracy, so that the oil can be further purified.
LYC-J series Particle filtration: The use of high-efficiency filter media as the filter medium, the design of large filtration area, when the oil flows through, it can effectively filter out very fine particle impurities, so that the oil can achieve a high degree of cleanliness. Coalescence process: The coalescing system consists of a set of coalescing filter elements with a unique polar molecular structure and hydrophilic materials. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, which are then lowered into the water storage tank by gravity. Separation process: The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material, when the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity, so as to realise the separation of oil and water.
