Structural Composition: It is composed of two single-barrel filters and a two-position six-way directional valve. The structure is relatively simple and easy to use. It is also equipped with a bypass valve and a filter element contamination and blockage indicator. The bypass valve can open when the filter element is blocked and the pressure difference is too large, ensuring the continuous flow of oil and preventing the system pressure from being too high. The filter element contamination and blockage indicator can promptly notify the user of the blockage situation of the filter element for timely maintenance.
Working Principle: In a hydraulic system, when the filter element of one filter is blocked to a certain extent due to filtering impurities and needs to be cleaned or replaced, there is no need to stop the main machine. Just open the pressure balance valve and turn the directional valve, and the other filter can be put into operation, enabling the hydraulic system to run continuously. At the same time, the blocked filter element can be replaced or cleaned.
Application Fields: It is widely used in hydraulic systems of heavy machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, etc. For example, in the hydraulic lifting system of mining machinery and the hydraulic transmission system of heavy machinery, it can filter the return oil to ensure the cleanliness of the oil, protect the hydraulic components, improve the reliability and stability of the system, reduce the probability of failures, and extend the service life of the equipment.
