QU-H series pressure line filter

General Introduction

The QU-H series pressure line filters are designed for high-pressure applications and are typically installed on the pressure line of hydraulic systems123. They are mainly used to remove and prevent impurities in the hydraulic oil as well as colloids produced by the oil, safeguarding the hydraulic system from potential malfunctions34.

Working Principle

As the hydraulic oil flows through the filter, the filter element traps and blocks various impurities such as mechanical debris, gums, asphaltenes, and carbon residues generated by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil4. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter element reaches 0.35 MPa due to clogging, the differential pressure indicator sends out a signal, indicating that the filter element needs to be replaced124.
