一、Inspection before installation of Baghouse dust collector
1. Subject inspection
The Baghouse dust collector has undergone quality inspection and no-load operation before leaving the factory, and its performance meets the factory requirements. However, in the process of disassembly and transportation, collisions may occur and the equipment may be deformed, which needs to be corrected in time.
2. Inspection of filter bags and skeletons
The quality of the filter bag directly affects the dust removal efficiency. Therefore, before installation, it is necessary to strictly check whether the joints of each filter bag are strong and whether there is any off-line or damage.
3. Inspection of ash discharge device
The ash discharge device is located in the lower box of the Baghouse dust collector. It consists of a motor, a turbo reducer, and a screw ash discharge valve. When assembling, the output shaft and the input shaft should be kept concentric to ensure normal operation.
4. Inspection of the injection system
The blowing system consists of air bag, control valve, pulse valve, blowing pipe, etc. The quality of its processing directly affects the soot blowing effect and the consumption of compressed air.
5. Inspection of the controller
The controller (electrical control, pneumatic control, mechanical control) needs to be inspected and debugged before installation, and then installed when it is confirmed that there is no problem after debugging.
二、Check the cause of the damage to the dust filter bag
It is necessary to find out the reason for the damage of the dust filter bag and make a record, whether it is caused by the dust temperature is too high, the wind speed is too fast, or the quality problem.
(1)The inspection and treatment should avoid the cleaning time or downtime. At the same time, it is required to be listed as a warning, and it can be carried out under the condition of ensuring safety.
(2)Checking the broken bag should make a record, find the reason for the broken bag, and fundamentally solve the problem. If the bad bag always appears somewhere, Ying finds the reason for the broken bag from the system design and installation.
(3)After all inspection doors are opened, if no bad bag is found, and the discharge concentration at the outlet is still exceeding the standard, check for leaking welding of the flower plate or the flue partition.
三、How to solve the damaged filter bag?
When there is a large area of damage, the filter bag should be replaced in time. During the replacement process, the dust cleaning controller should be closed, and the access door at the top should be opened to disassemble the cloth bag. When disassembling, first take out the bag cage, then Pinch the spring ring on the top of the cloth bag into a concave shape, and pull out the cloth bag upward. Before installing a new cloth bag, clean the dust on the hole of the flower plate.
After long-term use, the fine dust in the filter bag layer reduces the air permeability, and when it affects the air volume of the system, it should be replaced even if it is not damaged.
