high flow filters is a filter element made of polypropylene as raw material through film forming, folding or spraying. 

The selected PP filter material has the excellent characteristics of high filtration efficiency, acid and alkali resistance, and can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the liquid. Polypropylene materials in all filter cartridges meet FDA specifications. 

The working pressure difference can reach 0.34MPa positive pressure. The filter cartridges have high compressive strength and are stable and not easy to be sucked flat and cracked.


Features of PP filter material used for large flow filter element:

1. High flow medium is allowed to pass through the filter material, which has the advantages of efficiency, low pressure loss, long service life, etc.

2. High temperature and corrosion resistance, suitable for filtering highly viscous liquid

3. Hydrophilic membrane materials can be directly used without pre wetting, which greatly saves time and reduces costs.

4. It has high temperature resistance, and the instantaneous temperature of the filter element made of PP filter material can reach 85 ° C

5. It has good chemical performance, almost does not absorb water, does not react with most chemicals, and can adapt to various filtering environments.

6. The absolute value of mechanical properties of polypropylene is higher than that of polyethylene, but it is still a low variety in plastic materials, and its tensile strength can only reach 30 MPa or slightly higher.
