Structure of self-cleaning filter

The fully automatic cleaning filter consists of a host and an electric control box.

The structure of the main engine is composed of filter body, filter element, electric sewage valve of reducer, transmission shaft, differential pressure controller and other components.

The filter body is a flat tank. The upper part of the tank body is a dirty water chamber, the middle part is a clean water chamber, and the lower part is a sewage discharge chamber. There is a water inlet on the upper side, a water outlet on the middle side, and an electric sewage valve on the bottom. There is a pressure difference controller on the side.

The filter element is a stainless steel dense-grain flat-woven filter mesh. The fully automatic cleaning filter is constructed of nylon brushes and the shell is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel cylinder, which has the characteristics of large processing capacity, long service life and high cleaning efficiency.

This machine adopts a high-tech differential pressure controller to control automatic cleaning of the filter screen. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the motor to rotate, and the blowdown valve opens automatically. The sewage outlet forms a vacuum state. The impurity particles attached to the filter screen are removed by rotating nylon brushes. The sewage is discharged from the automatic sewage valve. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal, the motor stops running, and the electric blowdown valve is closed in a delayed manner.

During the whole process, the material flows continuously, realizing continuous and automatic production.
