Q1: Deformation of the filter screen

The self-cleaning filter screen is deformed, causing the equipment to fail to operate normally, the filter screen is clogged, and the water supply is 

insufficient, so that the cooling equipment is damaged due to insufficient water volume and low water pressure.

Solution: Change the water inlet method and the structure of the filter screen, add a baffle at the water inlet to reduce the direct impact of the water 

inlet on the filter screen.

Q2: The components of the suction device are damaged

The motor of the self-cleaning filter is connected to the dirt suction device by screw pins, copper sleeves and other components, and the up and 

down travel of the dirt suction device is controlled by the limiter. Because of the failure of the limiter, the wear pin is broken, the copper sleeve is 

damaged, The motor is burned out, causing the dirt suction device to fail to operate normally.

Solution: Change the running track of the sewage suction device assembly from axial rotation to radial rotation, avoiding motor burnout, lead screw 

and pin breakage, copper sleeve damage and other faults caused by frequent stoppers.

Q3: Self-cleaning filter leaks water

Water leakage usually occurs on the transmission shaft of the filter; one is that the material or specification of the transmission shaft seal ring does 

not meet the requirements; There is a water leak.

Solution: As long as the sealing ring of the corresponding specification is replaced, it can be solved.

Q4: Impurities enter the circulating water system, causing filter blockage

In spring, there is a lot of wind and sand, and there are many dust and catkins. These sundries pass through the cooling tower and enter the 

circulating water system, causing the self-cleaning filter to block and the equipment cannot be used normally.

Solution: A protective net is installed on the cooling water tower to prevent the normal use of the self-cleaning filter from being blocked by the dust

entering the circulating water system through the cooling water tower.
