Problem 1: Filter deformation

The self-cleaning filter screen is deformed, resulting in the equipment not operating normally, the filter screen is blocked, the water supply is 

insufficient, and the cooling equipment is damaged due to insufficient water volume and low water pressure.

Solution: Change the water inlet mode and filter structure, add a baffle at the water inlet, and reduce the direct impact of the inlet on the filter.

Problem 2: The suction assembly is damaged

The motor of the self-cleaning filter and the suction are connected by the lead screw piercing pin, copper sleeve and other components, and the 

upper and lower strokes of the suction are controlled by the limiter, because the stopper failure leads to the breakage of the pin, the copper sleeve 

is damaged, and the motor is burned, resulting in the suction can not operate normally.

Solution: The running trajectory of the suction assembly is changed from axial rotation to radial rotation, which avoids the motor burning, screw and 

pin breakage, copper sleeve damage and other faults caused by frequent limiters.

Problem 3: The self-cleaning filter leaks

Water leakage problems generally appear in the transmission shaft part of the filter; First, the material or specifications of the drive shaft sealing 

ring do not meet the requirements; Second, the sealing ring is worn after long-term operation, causing water leakage due to the lack of tight 

sealing between the transmission shaft and the filter body.

Solution: As long as the sealing ring of the corresponding specification is replaced, it can be solved.

Problem 4: Impurities enter the circulating water system, causing the filter screen to be blocked

In spring, the wind and sand are large, dust, and willows, these debris pass through the cool water tower and enter the circulating water system, 

causing the self-cleaning filter filter screen to be blocked, and the equipment can not be used normally.

Solution: A protective net is installed on the cool water tower to avoid the normal use of the self-cleaning filter filter due to dust entering the 

circulating water system through the cool water tower.
