Project overview
The water treatment system of thermal power plant includes three systems: boiler make-up water system, condensate treatment system, and
integrated water system. These systems are indispensable is water resources, it will drive the normal operation of the overall system, the water
quality of the water source still has corresponding requirements, to ensure the cleanliness of water resources, otherwise it will cause corresponding
damage to the system. The self-cleaning filter can play a good filtration effect, reduce impurities and pollutants in the water source.
In the boiler feed water treatment reverse osmosis system, because the quality of the raw water is relatively poor, it usually contains a large number
of impurities and solid suspended solids. Due to the presence of impurities and solid suspended solids, it is easy to cause the pressure difference of
the system to increase, resulting in a decrease in water production, a decrease in salt rejection rate, difficulty in recoil and other phenomena.
Therefore, in order to further improve the performance and service life of RO membranes, the reverse osmosis system needs to pre-filter the raw
water to remove large particle size impurities and colloids in the raw water.

The working principle of the self-cleaning filter
The self-cleaning filter has high filtration accuracy, large filtration area, high degree of automation, etc., and the filtration accuracy can reach 50
microns, which can remove solid impurities that affect the life of the reverse osmosis membrane. During the filtration process, the inner layer of the
fine filter screen gradually accumulates, and a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides. When this differential pressure reaches a
preset value, the automatic cleaning process begins. At the same time, when cleaning the filter, there will be no phenomenon that affects the
operation of the water system.
The role of self-cleaning filters
Self-cleaning filter is the use of filter screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended matter particles in the water body, reduce
turbidity, purify water quality, reduce system dirt, algae, rust, etc., so as to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment
in the system.
After the use of self-cleaning filters, the thermal power plant greatly improves the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane, thereby reducing the
operating cost of the system, ensuring the continuity and stability of the water supply system, and ensuring the normal operation of the water system
of the thermal power plant.
