Toxic and harmful wastewater discharge filtration solution:


The waste liquid and flushing wastewater discharged from mechanical processing of various metal products mainly contain various metal ions, 

which are highly toxic. Wastewater covers a wide range of areas and is highly polluting. It is one of the key industrial wastewater controls. 

Therefore, the multi-media and reverse osmosis equipment solution is a recommended water purification equipment unit based on the water

Wastewater is discharged from the cleaning line and collected into the regulating tank, which mainly regulates water quality and quantity.

 The effluent from the regulating tank is lifted by the pump and enters the reaction tank. Since there are many metal ions in the wastewater 

 (if the metal ions are insufficient, it can be supplemented), sodium hydroxide is added into the reaction tank, and the mixer is used to stir and 

mix, 

so that the metal ions and hydroxide radicals are mixed. The ionic reaction produces a metal hydroxide precipitate that is insoluble in water.

It is lifted by the pump and enters the multi-media filter reverse osmosis equipment for treatment.
