The three-stage amine liquid filter is a high-efficiency filtration system developed based on the characteristics of domestic desulfurization devices and the use of amine liquid. It is commonly used in chemical processes such as petroleum, natural gas, coal chemical industry, and synthetic ammonia to filter and clean pollutants present in the desulfurization amine solution.

Adopt three-level combination form
The first stage uses a washable embedded chute line metal filter with a filtration precision of 25µm to filter the solid particles present in the
amine liquid system and perform regular backwashing to achieve the regeneration of the metal filter element.
The second stage uses a deep filter bed combined with large-capacity activated carbon and porous active filter material, which is particularly
suitable for the adsorption of organic matter in amine liquid.
The adhesion capacity is 7 to 10 times that of traditional activated carbon filters, and it is easy to regenerate. At the same time, it coarsens and
surface coalesces the foamy groups present in the amine liquid, destroys the absorbent elastic gel layer that forms the foam, and reduces
foaming. stability, allowing the foam to break and coalesce.
The third stage uses ultra-fine bag filters or stainless steel metal filter elements with a filtration precision of 5µm to intercept the remaining
trace amounts of suspended solids. The filter bags used have a dirt-holding capacity that is 9 times that of traditional filter bags.
