Working Principle
Softened water equipment is composed of a fully automatic water softening controller, a salt tank, a strong acid sodium ion cation resin, a resin tank (usually a stainless steel resin tank and a fiberglass resin tank), and water softener accessories. Through water flow and time control, instructions are sent to solenoid valves or multi-channel servo valves to complete the water supply and regeneration of softened water equipment. It is suitable for industrial boilers, cooling circulating water, steelmaking, steel rolling, large transformers, and domestic hot water. The most widely used hard water softening treatment equipment in boilers and other occasions.

Single tank single valve

Purification and softening equipment
Pre-purification of softened water An unavoidable problem with general well water is that it will contain a certain amount of sediment and other visible impurities (deep well water is relatively better). If a certain amount of sediment enters the softening tank and the resin is surrounded by sediment, then This will result in insufficient contact between the resin and raw water, thus affecting the softening effect. If the tank cannot be completely flushed out during backwashing, lumps may form. Therefore, if the raw water is well water, it is recommended to install a quartz sand filter before the softening filter to improve the quality of the inlet and outlet water of the softening filter.
