Working Principle

The Duplex filter is composed of two single cartridge filters and a full diameter three-way ball valve, with a simple structure and easy to use, in order to ensure the safety of the system. In the working process, when the single cartridge filter element is blocked to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the work of the main machine has to be stopped to replace the cartridge, which not only wastes time but also cannot meet the needs of continuous work of the main machine. His work is characterised by the fact that when a filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced, it is not necessary to stop the work of the main machine, as long as the three-way ball valve is switched to another filter, the other filter can participate in the work, and then the blocked element is replaced, and the filter cartridge on the side of the element needs to be replaced, allowing a small amount of leakage.
