Project Overview
A new material company in Inner Mongolia has a first-phase 2.6 million tons/year coal-to-olefins and a supporting 400,000 tons/year green hydrogen coupling olefins project.
The first phase has an investment of 47.8 billion yuan, covers an area of 594.43 hectares, and adopts a fusion and coordinated production process of green hydrogen and modern coal chemical industry. It is currently the world's largest single-plant coal-to-olefins project, and it is also the world's only large-scale project that uses green hydrogen to replace fossil energy to produce olefins.
Water quality filtration situation
The water supply source of the project includes three parts, one part is the Yellow River water, the other part is the treated drainage water, and the other part is the water produced by the clean sewage treatment device.
The whole plant is centrally equipped with a steam condensate treatment and recovery system to recover and treat various types of steam condensate for use in boilers and steam production equipment.
Process system flow
Desalted water system: multi-media filter + ultrafiltration + secondary reverse osmosis + electro-deionization (EDI), with a designed maximum water production capacity of 2700t/h.
Turbine condensate refining system: iron removal filter + pre-cation bed + mixed bed system, with a processing capacity of 1650t/h.
Air separation turbine condensate: iron removal filter, with a processing capacity of 1400t/h.
Process condensate refining system: activated carbon filter + iron removal filter + pre-cation bed + mixed bed treatment system, with a processing capacity of 1925t/h.

Design features
✔The filter element has uniform pore size, high strength and high temperature resistance;
✔It can effectively remove suspended matter, rust, etc. in the liquid;
✔The filter element material has high cleanliness, no pollution, and is resistant to chemical solvents such as acids and alkalis;
✔Small size, large filtration area, low resistance and long service life;
✔Made of stainless steel, can also be made according to user requirements;
✔It uses PP melt-blown, wire-sintered, folded, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element and other tubular filter elements as filter elements. Different filter elements are selected according to different filter media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent water quality.
