Working principle
When the water enters the inside of the filter cartridge from the water inlet, the impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the water outlet. As the filtration progresses, the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate more and more, and when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manual prefabrication, the filter will start the self-cleaning process, and the whole self-cleaning process consists of two steps:
Open the automatic blowdown valve located on the filter.
The motor drives the cleaning brush in the filter screen, and the impurities intercepted by the filter screen are discharged from the blowdown valve, and the system continues to flow during cleaning, and the whole operation process of the filter is controlled by an intelligent control box equipped with a random equipment.
