Sucking self-cleaning filter
Sucking self-cleaning filter automatically filters raw water, automatically cleans the screen and automatically discharges dirt, the whole process is automatically controlled without manual operation, the cleaning and discharging system has uninterrupted water supply, and the control mode of sucking automatic self-cleaning filter can be automatic or manual.
Features

Place of application
Cooling water treatment: used for water filtration in cooling towers, make-up water systems, air conditioning systems, and DC systems to reduce sediment in heat exchangers and maintain cooling effect.
Raw water treatment: surface river water, lake water, sea water, reservoir water, well water and groundwater can be filtered to remove sand, algae, organic matter, etc.
Industrial recycled water filtration: It is used for equipment that requires water quality, such as cooling towers, rolling mills, continuous casters, etc., on the water supply and drainage pipelines to avoid blockage of pipelines, nozzles and other parts.
Irrigation: suitable for agricultural irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, parks, golf courses, turf irrigation, etc.
Paper industry: can be used for white water filtration.
Plastics industry: for product recovery cooling water filtration.
Working principle
The water enters the inside of the filter screen from the water inlet, the impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter screen, and the filtered clean water flows out of the water outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter accumulate more and more, so that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value or reaches the preset cleaning time, the filter starts the self-cleaning process. At this time, the sewage valve is opened, the external two-way motor drives the sucking self-cleaning device to do spiral rotation, the pressure difference between the suction chamber and the filter screen is formed, the pressure in the sewage suction pipe drops significantly, due to the negative pressure effect, the dirt on the inner wall of the fine filter screen is sucked through the sewage suction nozzle, and discharged by the sewage valve, and the system continues to flow during cleaning, and the whole operation process is controlled by the intelligent control box.
