Equipment performance
1. Particle filtration system: High-efficiency filter material is used as the filter medium, and the design of large filter area can effectively filter out extremely fine particles and impurities, so that the oil can reach a high degree of cleanliness.
2. Coalescing system: The coalescing system consists of a set of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger ones. The water droplets then settle into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
3. Separation system: The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
4. Drainage system: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level, close the valve and stop the drainage.
