we produce water-cooled heat exchangers (shell and tube heat exchanger ) strictly based on industrial standards and technique. The shell and tube heat exchangers are designed to remove thermal energy from the exhaust gas of natural gas, compressed air, hydraulic oil and transfer it to the water circuit. The extracted heat can be used for space heating, domestic hot water and any industrial process that requires hot water.
The water cooler is widely used for plastic injection molding machine, air compressor, die casting machine, hydraulic system and other industries such as coal industry, chemical industry, textile industry and so on.
Selections:
1. Tube material selection: stainless steel, copper 0.55 thickness and copper 0.8 thickness.
2. Type of oil/gas flowing way: screw-guide plate, the immovable tube-plate.
3. Type of tube surface: copper tube rolling fin outside (fin tube heat exchanger), copper tube without rolling fin (bare copper tube oil cooler), stainless steel tube without rolling fin (bare stainless steel oil radiator).
